Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a crew of operators and labourers

• Assign tasks and ensure safety measures are followed

• Oversee sewer and watermain installations and repairs

• Conduct daily safety meetings and hazard assessments

• Maintain communication with project management and inspectors

Requirements:

• 5+ years in sewer and watermain construction

• Previous foreman or lead-hand experience preferred

• Strong understanding of municipal standards and trenching

• Valid driver’s license (G) required

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
