As a full-time Estimator, your primary duties will involve reviewing design documents and preparing precise quantity take-offs. You’ll engage with subcontractors for quotes and build compelling bid proposals. Your collaboration with project managers will help ensure budget adherence and project timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates from drawings and specifications

• Conduct quantity take-offs for construction projects

• Collaborate with subcontractors and analyze bid proposals

Requirements:

• Expertise in estimating and reading construction documents
