Project Manager – Retail Construction

N-Styl Construction Inc. is a commercial construction company specializing in retail construction and interior renovations throughout Ontario
. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team and oversee projects from pre-construction through completion.

We are seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of retail construction experience in Ontario
. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of retail construction, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, quality, and client relationships.

• Manage retail construction projects from pre-construction through project completion
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams
• Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
• Manage project budgets, costs, change orders, and forecasting
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and contracts
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, deficiencies, and closeout documentation
• Work closely with clients, landlords, consultants, designers, and construction teams
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner
• Monitor construction quality and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
• Ensure projects comply with applicable Ontario Building Code, health and safety requirements, and project-specific requirements
• Review progress claims, invoices, and project documentation
• Assist with project estimating, budgeting, and procurement when required
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in retail construction in Ontario
• Strong understanding of commercial and retail construction processes
• Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as MS Project, Procore, and Building Connected.
• Experience with construction management/project scheduling software is an asset
