Key Responsibilities:

• Complete quantity take-offs and review technical documents

• Develop estimates based on comprehensive project evaluations

• Manage subcontractor and supplier pricing effectively

• Prepare cost comparisons and bid analysis

• Support proposal development and major project bids

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years estimating experience in construction

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or related field preferred

• Knowledge of underground utilities and civil infrastructure

• Strong communication skills for cross-discipline collaboration

• Proficient in estimating tools and Excel
