Senior Project Manager Civil Infrastructure GTA

Take charge of major heavy civil infrastructure projects in the Greater Toronto Area as a Senior Project Manager with an established Ontario contractor. This role emphasizes project leadership, financial oversight, and strong stakeholder interaction to deliver results.

In this position, you will take ownership of high-stakes projects and coordinate efforts with superintendents, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders. Your 15 years of experience in heavy civil construction will be critical in achieving project goals, managing risks, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout all phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall project performance and client deliverables

• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules

• Conduct progress meetings with stakeholders and team members

• Administer project financials, including forecasting and billing

• Identify project risks and develop collaborative solutions

Requirements:

• 15+ years of project management experience in heavy civil

• Strong experience with road works, earthworks, or bridges

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required

• P.Eng. designation preferred but not mandatory

• In-depth knowledge of project controls and change management
