As a Project Manager with over five years of experience in institutional and commercial construction, you will guide projects through preconstruction, procurement, and completion. Your ability to collaborate closely with subcontractors and stakeholders is essential as you create and maintain project budgets and schedules. You will also ensure compliance with industry standards and oversee project closeout activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage projects throughout the construction lifecycle
• Create budgets and schedules while monitoring costs
• Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and consultants
• Handle RFIs, change orders, and documentation
• Lead project progress meetings and reporting
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years Project Management experience in ICI
• Proven experience in institutional construction projects
• General Contractor or Construction Management background preferred
• Strong understanding of contracts and procurement
