Construction Project Manager

Lead construction projects in Vaughan through budgeting, scheduling, and contractor coordination with Modern Niagara Building Services. Manage projects across building services and infrastructure.

This Project Manager supports the Building Service Team and works with foremen, subcontractors, vendors, general contractors, and owners. The position manages budgets, labour, purchasing, administration, cost control, scheduling, change-order pricing, and client relationships. It also supports financial goals and project delivery planning.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, labour, purchasing, and cost control
• Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors, foremen, and project communications
• Prepare financial forecasts and work-in-progress updates monthly
• Attend construction meetings, progress walks, and status reviews
• Coordinate equipment and systems commissioning processes

• Minimum two years of construction Project Manager experience is an asset
• Two to three years related facilities, buildings, HVAC, or property experience
• Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience
• Construction drawing, document, scheduling, and Microsoft Office experience
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and conflict-management skills
