Service Advisor

a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding automotive experiences. We are searching for a customer service driven individual to work alongside our team as a Service Advisor. Now in partnership with North America’s largest automotive retailer, Lithia and Driveway, As a Service Advisor, you will provide top-notch customer service, develop an understanding on the repair process, and handle all customer inquiries or complaints.

** Duties and Responsibilities
** all customers (in-person and over the phone) with service requirements ensuring Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.  
** Skills and Qualifications
