As the first point of contact, the Customer Service Specialist will address inquiries, oversee order processing, and resolve customer issues. Ideal candidates bring experience from the B2B or consumer goods sectors and are passionate about providing excellent service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers via phone, email, and online platforms
• Update sales orders accurately in the ERP system
• Resolve delivery issues and track shipments proactively
• Collaborate with internal departments for rapid resolution
• Conduct returns and warranty claims according to company policy
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; business-related college preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with ERP or CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
