What You Will Do
- Send application packages to clients via email/mail.
- Complete and send correspondence to clients, legal representatives and other interested parties.
- Correspond with vendors for the scheduling of insurer examinations.
- Provide department support by matching mail for claims files, distributing and responding to department voicemail messages, and maintaining department software.
- Payment of invoices as directed by adjusters and leadership.
- Set up new claims.

What You Have- Post‑secondary education is required; working towards CIP designation is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year claims experience or experience working within the health care industry.
- Strong keyboarding and data entry skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and oral.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills coupled with strong decision‑making skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office platform.
