In this role, you will manage the end-to-end inquiry to order process, ensuring exceptional service from order entry to resolution of any concerns. Your interaction with customers will involve addressing inquiries, entering orders into Microsoft AX/Dynamics, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams for optimal support. You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries with professional service
• Enter and manage orders in the ERP system accurately
• Update customers on order status and resolve issues
• Engage with internal teams to prioritize requests
• Maintain accurate customer data and sales agreements
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years in B2B customer service or inside sales
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy for order entry
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Solution-oriented approach to problem resolution
