Role Overview
As a Travel Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing all travel logistics for destination wedding groups. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their guests, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience from booking through travel completion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for wedding groups, including accommodations, airport transfers, and related logistics
Act as the main point of contact for all guest inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
Coordinate closely with resorts, suppliers, and internal wedding planning teams
Track bookings, payments, rooming lists, and travel details using Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems
Maintain accurate records and ensure all timelines and deadlines are met
Provide exceptional client service through clear and professional email and phone communication
Proactively identify and resolve travel-related challenges for clients and guests
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written);
Hindi and Punjabi are a strong asset
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple groups simultaneously
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication tools
Experience in travel, hospitality, or event coordination is preferred
Must have or be willing to obtain TICO certification
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Location:
In-person at our Vaughan office
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
