Step into the role of Order Management Specialist with KIK Consumer Products. Your expertise will ensure accurate order execution and outstanding service for our valued customers.
As part of the team, you will manage the entire order lifecycle for assigned customers, ensuring timely fulfillment and high accuracy. By maintaining service levels above 98%, you'll play a key role in customer satisfaction and operational success. Collaborate closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement and drive excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full order processing lifecycle
• Ensure customer service levels are maintained above 98%
• Validate pricing and terms on purchase orders
• Track orders and address service challenges efficiently
• Provide support for order-related inquiries and issues
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Preferred 2 years of experience in manufacturing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word essential
• Experience with ERP systems like JD Edwards beneficial
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills required
