Elevate your career as an Order Management Specialist with KIK Consumer Products, where you'll ensure accurate order processing and exceptional customer service.
Your role will center on managing order accuracy and timely deliveries.
Working closely with various departments, you'll handle end-to-end order management to meet customer needs effectively. This position requires maintaining a high level of service and quickly resolving any issues to create a positive customer experience. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in tracking performance and addressing order discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire order lifecycle for customer satisfaction
• Achieve 98% customer service levels through active issue resolution
• Validate orders for compliance with pricing and shipping terms
• Collaborate with teams to track orders and prevent delays
• Record and report on customer account data for operational insights
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing preferred
• Advanced Excel and Word proficiency;
Power BI is a plus
• Experience with JD Edwards or other ERP systems
• Strong communication and detail-oriented skills
