ETR in Woodbridge. Your mission will be to offer comprehensive support for small and medium business customers across multiple platforms.
This role within Customer Operations focuses on becoming a valued resource for business inquiries. Managing customer relationships, resolving account issues, and ensuring exceptional service will be your primary responsibilities. Your experience in the fleet or construction sectors will be advantageous in fostering client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive support through phone, email, and live chat
• Enhance customer relationships by understanding their businesses
• Address and resolve account inquiries and billing questions
• Promote account management practices and timely payments
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism in communications
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business or Communications preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and English communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce
• Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
