In this critical role, you will lead a team dedicated to customer satisfaction and service excellence. Responsibilities include monitoring productivity, facilitating training, and analyzing processes to improve effectiveness. Your leadership will promote positive customer interactions and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coach a customer service team
• Analyze and improve service process efficiencies

• Conduct monthly client visits for relationship building
• Ensure all customers receive timely support
Requirements:
• Technical college diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant leadership experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
• Bilingual (English/French) is a plus
