In your role as Customer Service Associate at Legacy Distributors Inc., your primary focus will be assisting customers with their orders and providing information on product availability. Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming orders through phone, e-mail, and fax

• Track and handle all customer inquiries and complaints

• Provide status updates on orders for sales representatives

• Coordinate and manage product returns and credits

• Ensure safe management of confidential information

Requirements:

• High School Diploma and 1+ years in customer service

• Excellent communication skills;
French is an asset

• Proficient with MS Office; SAGE
50 experience beneficial

• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities

• Strong work ethic and self-management skills are essential
