Key Responsibilities:
• Create and nurture relationships with clients
• Evaluate and discuss insurance needs with attendees
• Answer policy-related questions with precision
• Manage renewals, endorsements, and marketing efforts
• Guide customers through the claims process
Requirements:
• RIBO level 1 license needed
• At least 2 years as a licensed customer service broker
• Exceptional relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail in communication
• Ability to troubleshoot and work under pressure
