Elevate customer satisfaction and engagement as a Seasonal Customer Experience Specialist d welcoming experiences and empower customers throughout their Tesla journey.
In this temporary role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors at Tesla showrooms. Your mission is to deliver education about Tesla vehicles and create lasting connections with customers. The role includes personal interactions, tailored product demonstrations, and informative delivery orientations to ensure buyers feel excited and confident about their choices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage guests warmly in the showroom
• Understand customer desires to build detailed profiles
• Execute engaging product experiences, including demo drives
• Facilitate informative delivery sessions for new vehicle owners
• Capture guest insights to aid the sales process
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales
• Passionate about sustainable energy and Tesla's advancements
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities
• Ability to work varied hours, including holidays
• Required Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license in Canada
