As part of Gypsum Management & Supply, Inc., you will provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Your main tasks include greeting customers, assessing their needs, and facilitating orders both in-person and on the phone. Comprehensive training on product knowledge will support your efforts in helping customers with their queries and orders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer communications via phone and in person
• Assess customer needs and take orders effectively
• Complete cash transactions and sales orders
• Maintain an organized and stocked showroom
• Develop knowledge of products to assist customer decisions
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Initiative and ability to self-manage in a busy setting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in standard office machinery
• Ability to think critically and communicate solutions
