• Deliver front-line customer service and sales for the Service team
• Greet and assist customers through various channels

• Actively sell labor services to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Experience with CDK software is a plus
• Customer relations focus and service-oriented
• Expertise in selling necessary vehicle maintenance
• Ability to collaborate well within a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
