Within this role at Ryder, you will take charge of front-line supervision, helping manage workflows and solve customer-related issues. Your ability to foster communication across all levels will be key in maintaining operational effectiveness and driving safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee payroll and billing functions for efficiency
• Review DOT logs and conduct safety trainings
• Manage frontline customer communications and inquiries
• Keep attendance and vacation records updated
• Provide KPI reporting to management teams
Requirements:
• H.S. diploma or GED required
• Minimum one year experience in logistics or distribution
• Customer service background required
• Knowledge of safety regulations including DOT and OSHA
• Familiarity with logistics software and dispatch tools preferred
