Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the key contact throughout the customer order process
• Input orders accurately into the Command Concrete system
• Respond swiftly to inquiries, providing delivery updates
• Allocate orders efficiently to concrete plants
• Resolve any service or quality issues that arise
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years in customer service or administrative positions
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Maps
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Effective time management and organization skills
