• Manage guest information requests via multiple communication channels

• Address and resolve inquiries promptly

• Assist guests in planning enjoyable visit experiences

• Process sales transactions, including upgrades and redemptions

• Support Admissions team with operational duties

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Experience in customer service and retail settings

• Proficient communication and guest service skills

• Strong skills in conflict resolution

• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
