As a key player, you'll handle high-volume retail orders and work closely with various teams, including Sales and Marketing. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer orders from initiation to fulfillment
• Maintain proactive order data management via SAP S/4
HANA
• Process EDI orders and updates promptly
• Respond to order status and product inquiries
• Collaborate across teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in order management
• Required expertise with SAP S/4
HANA
• Strong background in retail or consumer industries
• Excel proficiency and Microsoft Office skills
• Effective problem-solving and relationship management skills
