This 12-month contract role requires three years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing. You will handle order inputting into JDE, maintain system accuracy, and manage customer inquiries efficiently. Collaboration with internal teams and proactive updates to customers regarding orders are essential to this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage order inputting accurately into JDE
• Maintain customer files, pricing, and delivery terms
• Update customers on order status proactively
• Coordinate product returns with approvals and reason codes
• Participate in inventory counts as required
Requirements:
• Three years of customer service experience
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong communication skills via phone and email
• Knowledge of order processing and compliance rules
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
