In this position, you’ll respond to various customer communications while providing technical assistance and support for order processing. You'll work closely with the sales team to manage customer-specific inventories and fulfill contract obligations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer communications through calls and emails
• Generate and follow-up on quotes promptly
• Process and enter sales orders and returns
• Assist in implementing and managing stocking agreements
• Resolve customer service concerns efficiently
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
• 1 to 2 years' sales experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented for account evaluations
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
