As a key member of the customer service team, you will utilize your Business Management background to accurately process orders and track shipments.
Your role will involve resolving escalated inquiries and developing necessary sales documentation in accordance with SOX compliance while collaborating closely with internal departments to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and track customer orders through JDE system
• Address and resolve complex order issues effectively
• Ensure documentation meets SOX compliance standards
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives for pricing and status updates
• Coordinate with Traffic department for specific truck deliveries
Requirements:
• Business Management degree or equivalent required
• 5 years of customer service experience required
• Experience in manufacturing preferred
• Familiarity with JDE or similar ERP systems
• Capable of handling physical demands associated with the role
