Position: Full-Time Guest Services Representative
Become a Guest Services Representative at Canada’s Wonderland and create unforgettable memories for park guests. This full-time role offers $17.85 per hour, requiring excellent problem-solving and guest interaction skills.

In this position, you’ll be a key player in delivering outstanding service and ensuring every visitor enjoys a memorable experience. You will be responsible for answering questions, facilitating smooth interactions, and managing sales transactions with our computerized systems. Flexibility for shifts on weekends and holidays is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer guests assistance via phone, email, and in person

• Address concerns and provide effective solutions

• Support guests in planning enjoyable park visits

• Process sales transactions, including upgrades and group bookings

• Work closely with various departments to enhance guest experiences

Requirements:

• Age 18 or above

• Retail sales and customer service experience required

• Excellent conflict resolution and communication abilities

• Willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
