As an Assistant Service Manager, your commitment to customer experience will support a smooth service process at the dealership. This role requires effective communication, coordination of vehicle servicing, and managing customer service inquiries to foster loyalty and trust in the automotive service department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate effective customer and vehicle service processes
• Greet and assist customers with professionalism
• Facilitate vehicle pickups and schedule repairs
• Clearly explain service work and future maintenance
• Keep customers updated on backorder parts
Requirements:
• Experience in service advisory roles preferred
• 1-3 years of demonstrated customer service experience
• Strong communication skills are a must
• Valid Class G Driver’s License
