As part of our Group Service team, you will actively engage with clients, advisors, and consultants to manage the full-service lifecycle of group insurance plans. This full-time position is ideal for service-driven individuals who excel in fast-paced environments and are committed to achieving high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a key contact for client inquiries and support
• Manage requests efficiently in Salesforce from start to finish
• Deliver consistent service that enhances client retention
• Coordinate among teams to meet client needs
• Facilitate onboarding and renewal processes for clients
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or relevant experience
• Client service background in group insurance preferred
• Strength in organizational and prioritization skills
• Effective communication in English, French as asset
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
