This position seeks a professional with 5-7 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing setting, who is fluent in both French and English. You will efficiently process orders using JDE or SAP, ensuring compliance with all company policies while proactively updating customers on their orders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately manage order entries in JDE while adhering to SOX
• Answer customer inquiries regarding shipment statuses and discrepancies
• Ensure thorough documentation and customer file maintenance
• Work closely with supply chain departments for timely updates
• Initiate calls to potential and existing customers to boost sales
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of Inside Sales/Customer Service experience
• Bilingual in French and English
• Knowledge of ERP systems like JDE or SAP preferred
• Background in business management or related field
• Excellent customer interaction and problem-solving skills
