This 15-month role focuses on processing orders and resolving complex issues, ensuring accurate documentation per SOX compliance. You will maintain close contact with sales representatives, enabling timely and effective responses to customer needs, while also coordinating supply chain efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process orders in the JDE ERP system
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex order issues
• Create documentation to support accurate sales orders
• Maintain sales order system for realistic shipping dates
• Communicate effectively with sales and supply chain teams
Requirements:
• Business Management degree or equivalent is required
• 5 years of customer service experience preferably in manufacturing
• Proficiency in JDE or similar ERP solutions
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills necessary
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting
