This position involves overseeing customer accounts from order placement to delivery. You will manage order entry, address inquiries, and enhance customer service standards using your strong attention to detail and data-entry skills. A successful candidate will prioritize deliveries and take ownership of customer satisfaction with a focus on logistics for both Canada and the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer accounts from order to delivery
• Enter orders promptly for accurate processing
• Respond to inquiries via phone, fax, and email
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Provide accurate product and pricing information
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Background in logistics or shipping/receiving
• Experience with warehouse management systems
• Previous experience in building materials is a plus
