Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Enter and update sales orders in the ERP system
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
• Provide product information and order status updates
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and accounting teams
Requirements:
• High school diploma; college diploma preferred
• 2+ years in customer service, preferably in wholesale or consumer goods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
