Miele is looking for a coordinator to manage service calls and oversee efficient support for professional customers. With at least two years in customer service and call center operations, you’ll be integral in planning installations and ensuring contract sales. This position requires proficiency in CRM systems and a strong understanding of customer feedback initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee service activities for timely support
• Schedule and manage service calls with thorough documentation
• Promote and support service contract sales and maintenance plans
• Collaborate with teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Manage special projects while maintaining operational responsibilities
Requirements:
• 2+ years in customer service and call center operations
• Experience in service call planning and coordination
• Knowledge of CRM systems and ASW/SAP is a plus
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
• Bilingual in English and French for effective communication
