The Customer Experience Representative (CXR) at Anatolia plays a crucial role in managing North American accounts, ensuring timely product delivery and addressing inquiries. Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years of customer service experience in construction or logistics. You'll utilize your communication skills to provide accurate product information while handling order entry and logistics effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer accounts from order entry to delivery
• Communicate logistics requirements for US and Canadian orders
• Resolve customer issues and complaints proactively
• Maintain detailed records of account interactions
• Support the Customer Experience Team as needed
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Proficient in Excel and database systems
• Previous exposure to ERP/WMS systems
• Bilingual in French is an asset
