ICCS is actively seeking Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about helping others. This full-time position emphasizes clear communication and collaboration within a supportive team environment. Candidates will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Update and document customer interactions in CRM databases
• Escalate requests to the appropriate teams as necessary
• Provide courteous and empathetic support to customers
• Perform research to resolve customer issues effectively
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
• Call center experience is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency in software applications
