Miele is seeking a capable coordinator to manage service activities for professional customers. This full-time role requires 2+ years in customer service and call center operations, along with strong organizational skills. You will liaise with customers, schedule service calls, and enhance customer feedback initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee service activities ensuring timely support for clients
• Schedule and document service calls for seamless operations
• Promote service contracts through effective customer outreach
• Coordinate installation planning and readiness with partners
• Lead special projects while maintaining operational duties
Requirements:
• 2+ years in customer service or call center roles
• Proficient in CRM systems; SAP knowledge preferred
• Technical knowledge of electrical systems is an asset
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office 365
• Bilingual in English and French, excellent communication skills
