This position is a 12-month contract suitable for candidates with at least three years of customer service experience in a manufacturing context. You will be responsible for accurately processing orders, maintaining documentation, and ensuring SOX compliance. In this role, proactive communication with customers and internal teams is key for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Input orders into JDE and ensure accuracy
• Maintain compliance with SOX regulations
• Keep customers updated on their order statuses
• Coordinate returns with the Sales Representative
• Assist with inventory counts as necessary
Requirements:
• Minimum three years in customer service roles
• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
• Excellent communication skills required
• Familiarity with order processing and customer inquiries
• Strong organizational abilities for document management
