Position: Customer-Focused Receptionist at Foamite
Become the welcoming face of Foamite as our new receptionist. You'll oversee front office operations while assisting customers in our retail showroom through genuine conversations and product recommendations.

Foamite is searching for a friendly, organized receptionist to manage front office duties and support customers in the showroom. This role emphasizes valuable customer interactions without hard selling, focusing instead on helping clients find the right products. You'll handle calls, correspondence, and maintain a tidy office space while being an integral part of our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and make them feel welcome

• Answer phones and direct inquiries effectively

• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and couriers

• Maintain organization of the front desk and showroom

• Help customers navigate our product line and make recommendations

Requirements:

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Warm demeanor with customers and colleagues

• Experience in furniture or design is a plus

• Previous reception or sales experience is an asset
