• Manage customer orders from receipt to fulfillment

• Maintain accurate customer data in SAP S/4

HANA

• Process incoming EDI orders and updates

• Provide product availability and order status support

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in order management or fulfillment

• Hands-on experience with SAP, especially S/4

HANA

• Strong attention to detail in managing orders

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
