Drive client success as a Client Service Analyst with IQVIA. Build strong relationships and ensure top-notch support while leveraging data and technology solutions in a dynamic environment.
In this role, you will act as a primary contact for clients, addressing their needs and requests daily. Expect to deliver products and services accurately and on time, while cultivating long-term client relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and navigate issues efficiently.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in client service or account support
• Strong technical aptitude to learn new systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
