Weins Auto Group is seeking a motivated Service Advisor for its Thornhill Toyota location. This position demands strong customer service skills, effective vehicle processing, and the ability to communicate maintenance requirements clearly. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, providing timely estimates, and ensuring seamless vehicle service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate vehicle processing and customer service needs
• Deliver accurate cost and time estimates for service completion
• Greet customers professionally to build loyalty
• Schedule service appointments based on customer needs
• Notify customers when back-ordered parts are available
Requirements:
• Previous service advisor experience in an automotive deal
• 1-3 years of customer service background
• Excellent communication abilities
• Valid Class G Driver's License
