Assistant Service Manager - Thornhill Toyota; THT

Weins Auto Group is looking for a Service Advisor (Assistant Service Manager) at Thornhill Toyota. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer‑centric individual to join our service team. This position is an integral role at Weins Auto Group and is the front‑line service representative responsible for providing our customers with an exceptional experience while ensuring their service needs are being met.

• Co‑ordinate customer and vehicle processing, providing estimates of cost and time to complete and following through to delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and maintain their loyalty to the dealership.
• Assist customers in picking up vehicles and note any problems they have so that an appointment for correction can be scheduled.
• Explain service work including next maintenance requirements to customers as required.
• Notify customers when back‑order parts become available.
• Check and review work in process and open R.O.’s to ensure all work is performed properly and the time schedule is met.
• Diagnose the specific customer problems accurately and describe them clearly on repair orders.
• Perform other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management.

• Previous experience in a service advisor role within the automotive dealership workplace is an asset.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Valid Class G Driver's License.

• $60,000 – $74,000
