As a Service Advisor, you'll work closely with technicians and supervisors to schedule repairs and preventative maintenance efficiently.
Your role will involve updating the Service Scheduler, providing customer support, and managing work orders to streamline invoicing processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in service operations and strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule machine repairs and preventative maintenance accurately
• Update and manage Service Scheduler with precise information
• Provide customer support for incoming queries during repairs
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet repair deadlines
• Open work orders and verify warranty status for services
Requirements:
• Minimum post-secondary education required
• At least 5 years of experience in service operations
• Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of parts sourcing and work order management
