In this 15-month contract position, you will handle customer orders via phone, fax, or mail will work closely with internal departments, manage shipping schedules, and address complex order issues. High-level compliance with SOX regulations and documentation management are key aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage order processing accurately in JDE system
• Resolve complex issues according to department guidelines
• Develop and maintain sales order documentation
• Collaborate with supply chain for effective order fulfillment
• Ensure SOX compliance and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
• Business Management degree or equivalent
• 5 years of customer service experience required
• Experience with JDE or similar ERP systems
• Strong communication skills with sales teams
• Ability to handle various physical demands of the job
