Lexus of Vaughan, part of the Zanchin Automotive Group, seeks a dedicated Guest Experience Assistant. This role combines customer service and reception skills, ensuring an enjoyable experience for guests. You will engage with visitors in the showroom, manage incoming calls, and maintain customer records, contributing to a positive dealership atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and greet guests visiting the dealership
• Coordinate hand-over processes with Sales Consultants
• Input guest information into Customer Retention Management software
• Operate a multi-line telephone system and respond to inquiries
• Assist with vehicle licensing and customer payments
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in customer service or reception
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
