Job Overview

Client Engagement Representative – Personal and Business Banking Team (On‑site full‑time)

Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for clients entering the banking centre, you will:

  • Engage clients in conversation, understand their immediate needs, and identify opportunities.
  • Use your knowledge of financial services products to assist clients with day‑to‑day banking needs and introduce them to the appropriate team members.
How You'll Succeed
  • Client Engagement – Help clients manage accounts and products, focus on each client experience, and connect clients to the right CIBC team members.
  • Problem Solving – Listen, ask questions, apply a client‑centric mindset, take accountability, and collaborate when needed.
  • Leveraging Technology – Become a technology expert; introduce clients to mobile banking applications and assist them in managing banking needs.
