Role Overview

As Hydronics Inside Sales, you will ensure that all customer orders (via phone, email, or fax) are processed promptly. This front-line customer service role is crucial to the sales cycle, providing pricing, checking stock, and meeting delivery requirements to meet customer expectations.

What You Will Do
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, offering product knowledge and assistance.
  • Design hydronic systems, including Heat Loss/Gain and Sizing Calculations, Mechanical Room Layouts, and Loop Layouts using Excel and AutoCAD.
  • Proactively call sales leads and promote company brands.
  • Work well in groups, expressing ideas to boost sales.
  • Stay motivated and handle pressure effectively.
  • Assist the order desk with phone and email customer care issues.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and quotations to ensure timely delivery of materials and pricing.
  • Work with Shipping/Customer Service to meet delivery needs.
  • Purchase non-stock materials and arrange pick-up according to customer expectations.
  • Complete Customer Complaint forms regularly.
  • Manage challenging customer situations with patience and expertise.
  • Actively participate in Inside Sales/Order Desk meetings.
  • Follow up on orders, quotations, and requests proactively.
  • Perform other duties to support the team and enhance service.
What We Require
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of hydronic supplies.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various orders and activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to react quickly and solve problems.
  • High sense of urgency and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to remain strong under pressure and provide logical solutions.
